CHAIN OF EVIDENCE

StranDNA (UK) Limited assist in the chain of evidence required to secure a conviction against the individuals who perpetrate these types of crime.

When after a malicious evacuation an arrest is made or a suspect is found to be stained with a UV based chemical agent a Forensic Science Service is able to examine and establish its unique DNA code.

When provided with the unique code attributed to the canister we are able to extract from our secure installations database the exact location to where this security device was professionally installed and registered, clearly placing any stained individuals at the scene of a specific crime and them being directly involved, this inevitably adding to the chain of evidence required to pursue a conviction in criminal courts and at the same time increase detection rates.

We believe once this security device has become synonymous with a specific application, the installation of the warning sticker supplied and situated on or around the entrance, stipulating that the accommodations are protected by StranDNA will be deterrent enough to deter these types of crimes taking place.

DNA TRACE

DNA trace technology is integrated with an Ultra Violet (UV) component and inserted into a pressurized canister. This security device is activated when an attempt is made to unlawfully force entry through the front or rear door of a home.

At the point of installation a registered StranDNA approved installer will take the DNA trace code supplied and will register that code at a specific residential address. There are in excess of 1 billion codes and NO two canisters are ever the same.

A definitive illegal action is required for the security device to activate and will respond by emitting a high decibel screech alarm and at the same time spraying a perpetrator with the chemical trace.

The alarm when activated will sound and evacuate for approximately 3 minutes and any persons or property that come into direct contact with this security device will be marked.

The DNA trace liquid is a clear non-toxic, UV based substance, this means is only visible under ultra-violet light and has a unique DNA code that when presented to clothes, skin or hair can remain for month’s dependant on exfoliation and the amount of time clothing is washed.

Any property will be definitively stained and will work the same way as any asset marking technology marketed today in commercial environments by such organisations as Smartwater, REDWEB and SelectaDNA.

Police forces around the United Kingdom have the tools in place to identify this type of UV technology by way of “Black Suites” utilizing UV lighting situated in numerous Police station custody suites, or by the use of hand held UV Black Lights
